A $100 discount will be awarded for each booth purchased after two.For example, if a SMACNA Chicago member purchases three (3) Category I booths the total purchase price of the booths will be $3,050.($1,050 + $1,050 + $950 = $3,050) Category I & II booths are outlined on the enclosed floor plan.

We agree to submit a non-refundable $100 deposit for each booth requestedin U.S. funds made payable to SMACNA Chicago for each 10' x 8' booth requested with this application and to pay the balance by February 22, 2012. We agree to abide by the withdrawal clause set forth in the Policies and Procedures. NO SPACE WILL BE ASSIGNED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Submission of application and payment does not guarantee a space.

We further agree that if, in judgment of SMACNA Chicago, it becomes necessaryto change the original allocation of space, SMACNA Chicago may do so bynotifying the authorized representative. We understand that upon acceptanceof this application by SMACNA Chicago, the contract consisting of this application,all items incorporated by reference herein, and the space assignment will be in full force and effect.
